I’m sure you’ve thought, “Seems like there ought to be a better way to do that. A way that’s more transparent. A way that provides a win-win situation.” Cash offers for homes have been around forever. And it seems they’re very popular in certain neighborhoods of Nashville. The problem with traditional cash offers though is that usually the home seller doesn’t shop around and ends up accepting the first cash offer they get. As a Middle Tennessee native, broker, outdoor lover, dog lover, and real estate investor with a penchant for problem-solving (I'm also a Professional Engineer), Seller Favor was born out of a desire to even the playing field and foster a win-win culture for home sellers and cash buyers.
